Il problema pirncipale di questa teoria è che Gaidal Cain rinasce dopo il libro 2 (dato che appare alla fine del libro), mentre Olver doveva già essere nato allora, dato che ha 8-10 anni.

l'altra vera ragione che smonta questa teoria è che Jordan stesso in una intervista ha smentito categoricamente che Olvere potesse essere Gaidal Cain
