Scusate se esiste un topic simile a questo ma dopo aver cercato in lungo e in largo e nn aver trovato nulla, mi sono sentita libera (e cn il consenso di nihilim-quindi date la colpa a lui )di aprire un topic apposito su Mat e la visione di Min/Egwene riguardo a lui.

Sul DM hanno postato questa ipotesi che credo x voi che avete letto più di me possa essere interessante, a me nn dice nulla xché parla di roba che arriverà più avanti.

Mat and the eye on a balance scale etc are not what they seem at first hand. Just as Egwene seeing her visions does not mean EXACTLY what she sees. 2 Ravens are not really going to strike at an oil lamp. You have to interpret what the parts symbolise. Ravens the Seanchan and the lamp the White Tower.
Giving up half the light of the World does not mean he is going to give up an eye. How about what "Half the light of the World" really means. Maybe the "Choedan Kal" means "The Light of The World" in the old Tongue.
Maybe after Rand is Killed at Shayol Ghul Mat give Logain the Male half of the "Choedan Kal", as only half is left, who then uses it to save the world by sealing up the dark one again, and hence his Glory.
