di tutto il capitolo mi è piaciuto davvero tanto sopratutto l'arrivo di Lan!!! E' troppo il migliore che becca subito il warder nascosto dietro l'albero dicendo che per poco nn ne ha ammazzati altri due!!!! Ora vedremo che fa... tra l'altro come spesso accade si era parlato di lui poche pagine prima e lui ricompare
ora già che siamo in vena di ricomparse... che starà facendo Padan Fain???

Peccato che non se ne sappia niente, mi interessa particolarmente visto che riguarda Mat ma cmq mi incuriosisce.
Penso N'shar sia riferito ad un popolo o a una casata di guerrieri ma Mameris proprio non lo so...

Ma quanto lo adoro...
Comunque concordo in pieno con chi dice che un personaggio come lui mancava in questo libro (e, anche se non credevo che lo avrei mai detto, mi manca un sacco anche Moiraine).
E sono soprattutto d'accordo con Gareth che lo definisce IL CUSTODE tutto maiuscolo, e lo ha dimostrato con i tre Custodi (solo con la C maiuscola) di Myrelle. Al omento l'unico che lo ha "fregato" è Nynaeve che, ne "L'occhio del mondo" era riuscita a seguirne le tracce fino a trovarli (cosa che se non ricordo male, lo aveva stupito non poco...). Ero sicuro che prima della fine del libro Lan sarebbe tornato..... certo Jordan poteva anche farlo tornare prima.... chissa' che cosa ha fatto nel frattempo. Di sicuro e' stato trattenuto, altrimenti non ci avrebbe messo tutto questo tempo a raggiungere Myrelle. Si fa cenno che e' stato coinvolto in qualche battaglia......

Senza considerare che un uomo a cavallo e' sicuramente piu' veloce di un gruppo di Aes Sedai con il seguito di Custodi e servitori..... ----------------------------------------

Verissimo quindi che un uomo da solo e a cavallo si muove più velocemente di un grupppo di Aes Sedai (e se l'uomo in questione è un Custode, vero due volte), però se la strada da fare è il doppio... |
