    Ecco un bel sondaggino: a vostro avviso alla fine di tutto, nella battaglia finale (Tarmon Gaidon) Rand al'Thor morirà?

    Io credo che morirà, anche se Jordan alla Fiera del Libro di Torino dello scorso anno ha detto di essere troppo affezionato ai suoi personaggi per poi abbandonrali per strada facendoli morire (al contrario di come si comportano alcuni pazzi scatenati geniali suoi colleghi). [SM=x494541]

    Io ho votato No, non perchè spero nel buonismo di Jordan, perchè è probabile che molti altri invece tireranno le cuoia...

    Cmq. non penso che la bravura di un autore, si misuri nel numero di protagonisti uccisi...
    Semplicemente dipende dalla storia che stai raccontando...

    Non so
    Mi astengo dal voto.
    Da una parte l'happy end è una giusta speranza alla conclusione di ogni storia che si rispetti; è come un equilibrio che viene ristabilito.
    Il problema è se Jordan ha deciso di scioccarci e fare quello che la metà di noi si aspettano, ovvero la fine di Rand e la salvezza.

    Ma potrebbe anche esserci un'altra possibilità.

    Chiediamoci DOPO la battaglia finale cosa succederà...

    Rand potrebbe prendere il posto di qualcuno, qualcuno con un potere quasi infinito, ma dalla finita consapevolezza.E rand non è di certo Dio.:Sm17

    Vediamo chi accoglie e chi ha capito cosa voglio dire

    Io ne ho viste cose che voi umani non potreste immaginare. Navi da combattimento in fiamme al largo dei bastioni di Orione; e ho visto i raggi B, balenare nel buio vicino le porte di Tannhäuser.     Hai dato una scelta con due opzioni:
    Gli unici 2 esseri con potere quasi infinito se non infinito sono il Creatore e il Tenebroso...

    Visto che il Creatore è la Luce, è il tempo stesso dubito che sia sostituibile... Vuoi forse intendere che Rand si sacrificherà prendendo il posto del tenebroso???[SM=x494538]

    ecco che succederà: (non è spoiler....[SM=x494534] ). Rand non crepa durante la tarmon gaidon, ma ne esce aasolutamente sconvolto. Nel fisico poi non ne parliamo. Un altro tizio invece farà sfracelli. Si ritira in tranquillità. Altri governeranno per lui.

    Penso che sia l'ipotesi più probabile questa... ed è anche quella a cui aspira lo stesso Rand, anche se non ci spera molto.
    E' abbastanza convito che morirà. Ma secondo me il Creatore(Jordan) gli concederà il meritato riposo.

    I possibili finali imo in ordine di prob. sono:
    Va tutto malissimo (probabilità semi-nulle)
    Va tutto benissimo (qualche prob. in più)
    Rand muore e salva il mondo (con vari grandi di distruzione, e morti illustri varie)
    Rand vive e salva il mondo (con vari grandi di distruzione, e morti illustri varie)

    Ha già dato molto più che la vita... morire sarebbe una liberazione per lui. Ma non può permetterselo... Ci sono molti modi di morire non c'è bisogno di averci la testa staccata dal corpo o il cuore esploso, o di essere disintegrati...

    Belle parole, indubbiamente...ma fino ad ora nn mi sembra che abbia sofferto molto;

    più che altro se ne va in giro per il mondo a conquistare regni su regni e a trombare belle ragazze in igloo fatti in casa.
    Inoltre i reietti, le più temute creature dell'universo dopo il tenebroso e i suoi più mortali avversari, muoiono come mosche al suo passaggio; tant'è che si può permettere di dire:"ma io non posso uccidere lanfear, è una donna!!!". Beh, non si può certo dire che non sia un gentleman...
