ecco la procedura passo passo, se non riesci te lo faccio io:
1) apri l'immagine con paint (se non hai di meglio);
2) scegli il comando SELEZIONA (sulla sx il rettangolino trattinato)
3) seleziona la porzione che ti interessa (un bel quadrato)
4) premi CONTROL+X e tagli la parte interessata
5) da Menu File->Nuovo, ti chiederà vuoi salvare... digli di NO.
6) fai CONTROL+V per incollare la selezione di prima
7) Menu Imamgine->Attributi, poni Larghezza allo stesso valore di Altezza
tra i due valori scegli quello minore.
8) Ora dovrebbe essere un quadrato. Salva con Nome e dagli un nuovo nome
per differenziarlo.
