Terry il Buono val bene una lettura secondo me,
ha 'omaggiato' diversi autori, ma avuto anche delle
buone idee. La scrittura scorrevole, e la traduzione buona.
A volte le sue storie ha dei vertiginosi baratri di credibilità,
e alcuni passaggi stanno su con la colla...
Tuttavia c'è del buono, se si stacca il cervello come quando
si vede un film di azione, è una buona lettura.
Nulla di paragonabile a Jordan, Tolkien, Martin, Gemmell, Eddings,
e potrei continuare a lungo, ma non da buttare.
Infinitamente meglio dell'altro Terry... forse l'altro scrive
con meno salti sconclusionati (anche se già solo i salti generazionali
lo aiutano un casino), ma a mio parere è lento e noioso.
Ad esempio, mentre la Fratellanza dell'Ordine mi è piaciuto molto, il seguente
'I Pilastri della Creazione' è un pò campato per aria...
mi mancano ancora i successivi...
