non credo che i binder fossero le 9 verghe del dominio (anche perchè, come si vede sopra, i binder erano sicuramente più di 100 e servivano più come controllo della criminalità, che come strumenti di comando), ne avevamo già parlato in una discussione che non riesco a ritrovare, comunque si diceva: o che fossere 9 potenti angreal, oppure rappresentavano 9 capi Aes Sedai dell'epoca leggendaria, ma purtroppo le informazioni che abbiamo sono troppo poche per ipotizzare qualcosa in più

RJ: They were actual people, and they were, but you might call them regional governors of the earth, regional governors of the planet. So if I say "summon them" then we’ve got a guy who has been given in effect ultimate power.
