Probabilmente è proprio Perrin il soggetto, non ricordo se ha detto una frase del genere ma ci sta... aggiungo che whine è più lamentarsi che fare capricci... e di certo un pò Perrin si lamenta (del suo essere in comando) ma sa che invece deve deliberare.
