Io non ne sono sicuro ma questa notizia era gia uscita nel febbraio 2009 e venne anche approvata solo per essere abrogato un mese dopo aprile 2009 con un emendamento non se la notizia sia vera ma mi sembra impossibile che ha distanza di un anno D’Alia ripresenti lo stesso emendamento abrogato l'anno scorso oserei dire che propabilmente sia una bufala.....
Purtroppo e come per il lodo Alfano e tutte le altre leggi ad personam, continuano a riproporle in salse diverse ogni qualvolta vengo abrogate, o fermate dalla Corte costituzionale (per nostra fortuna).
Non stupirti mai di quanto in basso possono arrivare, del resto l'attuale governo va avanti a botte di Fiducia...
(nota: chiedendo la fiducia su una determinata legge, di fatto si stralciano tutti gli emendamenti proposti dal parlamento. Ovvero la legge la fa il governo, e il parlamento viene esautorato del proprio potere).
