Secondo me è più un metodo di controllo interno.
ovvero io Torre Bianca so che non posso mentire, e inoltre l'addestramento durissimo
per quanto riguarda le regole, la morale, la legge della Torre, sono un ulteriore
mezzo per "formare" le future Aes Sedai.
Gli Asha'man ricevono addestramento solo per quanto riguarda l'incanalare, saper tenere in mano
una spada, guerreggiare, e un pizzico di disciplina (ma manco tanto).
L'autorità a cui si riferisce Siuan è l'autorità verso le stesse Aes Sedai.
Sapendo che si
devono comportare in una certa maniera, è più facile sgamare chi sgarra...

Infine il mondo non fa differenza tra le aes sedai. Per loro sono tutte uguali.
