Ho appena finito il primo libro del ciclo...l'ho trovato godibilissimo!!!
Molto fantasy vecchio stile, scritto in maniera semplice, ma molto curata, con personaggi deliziosi che si stanno delineando sempre di più.
Un pò di confusione con i vari popoli, le divinità e la suddivisione di questi ultimi, ma credo che andando avanti nella lettura saranno cose che si assimileranno sempre più facilmente.
Mi piace molto Silk, nonché il "vecchio Lupo"...per quanto riguarda Pol e Garion sono convinta che c'è ancora molto da capire e da vedere...
Per ora un giudizio davvero positivo!!!

Infatti...dovrebbe proprio comparire intorno al secondo, terzo capitolo della Valle, così a tentoni...Per carità, dire di avere un personaggio del Belgariad preferito non è facile, perchè oltre alla già citata, come si fa a resistere a Silk, a Belgarath, a Beldin, a Polgara... ah, mi sta montando una voglia matta di rileggermi il Belgariad... ----------------------------------------

Finito anche il secondo libro ...davvero una lettura sempre più bella !!!
I personaggi che via via vanno aggiungendosi al gruppo sono sempre interessantissimi...
Ho una particolare simpatia per Mandorallen ...mi piace in generale la cavalleria un pò fuori misura !!!!!!!!!
Intanto Garion, Polgara e Belgarath si stanno caratterizzando sempre di più...Garion, quando "crescerà", sarà devvero un bellissimo personaggio !!!!
Anche la trama sta andando infittendosi...
Ancora un ottimo giudizio...e non vedo l'ora di continuare!!!

Ho terminato di leggere anche il terzo libro, che, fino ad ora, è quello che preferisco...ricco di avvenimenti, colpi di scena...scorre via che è un piacere!!!!!
La compagnia della Profezia si completa, Garion matura sempre di più e, nello stesso tempo, sia apre sempre maggiormente la visuale su un mondo profondamente diverso in ogni sua parte, ma unito in tanti sottili aspetti...
Bello, veramente!!!

Ebbene, ho concluso la lettura del quarto libro del Ciclo di Belgariad...non voglio ripetermi, ma mi ha entusiasmato !!!
Acqua fresca, ma piena di bei colpi di scena, con i personaggi che non la smettono di evolversi e di crescere !!!
Magari alla fine potrei stilare una classifica, ma mi piacciono tutti, dal primo all'ultimo!!!
Soprattutto faccio presente che ho capito l' "amore" di Rocko per Ce'Nedra ...
Siccome a volte le parole sono insufficenti per spiegare le emozioni che uno riesce a provare durante la lettura del libro, chiudo questo mio commento con un omaggio al mio Don Chichotte...un piccolo estratto di romanzo emozionante ed esaustivo come un quadro:
" Quando furono vicini, un cavaliere in armatura su un enorme stallone roano sbucò dal bosco e si diresse sulla riva, dove i flutti spumosi si infrangevano sulla sabbia. La principessa si riparò gli occhi con una mano e scrutò intensamente il cavaliere scintillante. Poi, quando l'uomo si voltò agitando un braccio per segnalare loro di continuare a risalire la costa, Ce'Nedra distinse lo stemma disegnato sullo scudo, e il cuore le sussultò all'impovviso. "Mandorallen!" gridò con una nota festosa, mentre afferrava le cime sulla prua della nave, facendosi scompigliare i capelli dal vento. Il gran cavaliere le rivolse un cenno di saluto e, incalzando il destriero, galoppò attraverso la schiuma sul limitare della spiaggia, lasciando ondeggiare alle sue spalle il pennone blu e argento sulla punta della lancia.La nave virò in risposta al colpo di timone di Barak e, separati da qualche centinaio di metri di onde spumeggianti, il vascello e il Cavaliere viaggiarono affiancatilungo la spiaggia.
