However, there is a very nice upside to the frustrating pace of the first half or so of the book. And again, don't mistake me - certain things are indeed BAM BAM BAM in terms of plot in the first half, but they are overshadowed by more frustrations and delays. But this is only in terms of our main characters going where we want them to go. Where we expect them to go.
