Perchè non avrebbe usato quella frase? Secondo me è esattamente il contrario. Penso che Asmodean si sentisse sicuro per quel che riguarda il gruppo di Rand, si sentiva insospettabile mentre non era così -------------

beh questo è abbastanza semplice.
Se l'assassino è uno de 'buoni', il movente è semplice sei un reietto-> devi solo morire!
Se l'assassino è uno dei 'cattivi', per lo asmodean è un traditore... e l'ordine di ucciderlo deriva direttamente dal DARKONE, probabilmente fanno a gara per :Sm17

Per i buoni: Xe aspettare fino a quel momento?non si enuncia nessuna presa di coscienza di qualche "buono" che si accorge di Asmodean reietto... Moiraine sapeva bene chi fosse Asmodean secondo me,ma era conscia che era l'unico a potergli insegnare.
Era un rischio, ma da correre.
Per i cattivi: Era gia da molto che Asmodean seguiva Rand.Perchè proprio adesso? I reietti si spostano e si camuffano facilmente, avrebbero potuto ucciderlo prima... Sono punti oscuri...

A conoscenza dell'identità di Asmodean non erano in molti tra i buoni... Moraine e la spiegazione la sappiamo, forse Lan ma penso che possa fare lo stesso ragionamento di Moiraine.
Per quanto riguarda i reietti... Asmodean è sempre vicino a Rand la maggiorparte del tempo in un accampamento dentro una tenda...
ucciderlo là avrebbe potuto genera più problemi e tracce che non all'intero di un palazzo in qualche cantina...

Non dovrebbe essere così perchè Jordan ha dichiarato che basta leggere il quinto libro per avere tutti i mezzi necessari per capire che ha ucciso Asmodean. Ciò esclude il senno di poi o conoscienze date dai libri futuri. -------------
