In passato ci fu una levata di protesta quando pubblicarono l'edizione extra lusso del Signore degli anelli da Bompiani quella con le illustrazioni di Alan Lee che mancava di circa 23 righe nel capitolo Molti Incontri alla fine rispetto all'edizione precedente. Ma quelle copie non furono mai sostituite o ristampate tanto che credo che persino nelle edizioni economiche attuali che la Bompiani continua a pubblicare sia ancora presente questa mancanza. Una volta uscito un libro è una parola che le case editrici facciano quello che tu chiedi, sarebbe troppo dispendioso per loro. Io ho cercato magari "lecchinando" un po' come avrete potuto notare di chiedere spiegazioni e ho proposto come forma risarcitoria magari di far uscire ad un prezzo speciale AMOL. Certo con questo mezzo disastro la Fanucci sta perdendo parecchi punti nel mio gradimento dopo averne recuperati parecchi negli ultimi anni ora non dovevano fare questo scivolone.

Credo non abbia senso. La Fanucci si sta massacrando da sola ma il trend è chiaro: pubblicazioni a basso costo. Fanucci farà, o ha già fatto, partire Time Crime. Una collana con 25-30 titoli l'anno a 7,90 euro. Tra gli altri ci sarà un esordiente scelto proprio da loro. Per tenere i prezzi così bassi devono risparmiare da qualche parte e non per niente hanno riproposto Dune e Hyperion che, da quel che capisco, permettono prezzi più bassi per via dei diritti e con traduzioni già pronte. Molta tristezza.
Giusto per infieri stavo rileggendo gli ultimi capitoli di Knife of Dreams in originale. Anche qui errori di soggetto dove Mat viene inserito in una parte dove l'unico soggetto è Tuon.
Quoto Drago Rinato. Passate all'inglese. Anche se solo per un libro, ve lo godrete molto di più. -------------
